Staff Week Programme Objectives
The Staff Week is designed to support professionals involved in the planning, coordination and development of Erasmus+ mobility and international cooperation. Through seminars, facilitated peer exchange, institutional visits and structured networking, the programme aims to:
- – Create a professional forum for the exchange of good practice in Erasmus+ mobility and international cooperation.
- – Explore how mobility can contribute to institutional priorities, skills development and internationalisation strategies.
- – Examine current themes affecting international education, including digitalisation, AI, employability and the changing skills landscape.
- – Encourage more strategic approaches to staff and learner mobility, from planning and participation through to dissemination and impact.
- – Facilitate European networking and partnership development between participating institutions.
- – Provide opportunities to engage with experienced Erasmus+ providers and explore Ireland as a destination for staff and learner mobility.

Wednesday 11 November | Dublin to Cork
Peer Learning & Institutional Impact
Take part in our Erasmus+ Coordinator Exchange: Sharing Practice, Solving Challenges, before travelling to Cork for the next stage of the programme.
Thursday 12 November | Cork to Galway
European Collaboration & Partnership Development
Continue the professional programme in Cork before travelling west to Galway, combining professional exchange with the cultural experience of Ireland.
Friday 13 November| Galway to Dublin
Partnership Exchange & Future Cooperation
Structured B2B meetings between participating institutions, professional reflection and identification of potential next steps for future mobility and cooperation.

Programme Fees and Erasmus+ funding
Full package price: €1295
Erasmus+ can support eligible staff mobility and training activities, but participation in this Staff Week does not in itself guarantee Erasmus+ funding. Funding depends on the sending institution’s approved project or accreditation, the participant’s eligibility, the activity format and the rules applicable to the relevant Erasmus+ action and country. Participants should obtain approval from their sending institution before making financial commitments.
