Staff Week Programme Objectives
The Staff Week is designed for school professionals involved in the planning, coordination and development of Erasmus+ mobility and European cooperation.
Through professional sessions, facilitated peer exchange, school and training-centre visits and structured networking, participants will explore approaches to mobility and consider how Erasmus+ can contribute to school development and long-term internationalisation.

Erasmus+ Mobility & School Development
Opening sessions, professional exchange and networking with participating European educators and Irish Erasmus+ providers.
Tuesday 17 November | Dublin
Staff Development, Digitalisation & Learner Experience
Professional sessions exploring staff development, digitalisation and how international mobility can contribute to teaching, learning and wider school priorities.
Wednesday 18 November | Dublin to Cork
Peer Learning & Exchange of Good Practice
Take part in our Erasmus+ Coordinator Exchange: Sharing Practice, Solving Challenges, before travelling to Cork for the next stage of the programme.
Thursday 19 November | Cork to Galway
European Learning & Intercultural Exchange
Continue the professional programme in Cork before travelling to Galway, combining professional learning with opportunities for cultural and intercultural exchange.
Friday 20 November | Galway to Dublin
Partnership Development & Future Cooperation
Structured B2B meetings provide opportunities to discuss future staff mobility, pupil mobility and European school partnerships, followed by reflection and next steps.

Programme Fees and Erasmus+ funding
Full package price: €1295
Erasmus+ can support eligible staff mobility and training activities, but participation in this Staff Week does not in itself guarantee Erasmus+ funding. Funding depends on the sending institution’s approved project or accreditation, the participant’s eligibility, the activity format and the rules applicable to the relevant Erasmus+ action and country. Participants should obtain approval from their sending institution before making financial commitments.
